Tomer was born in 1969, and he is married + 3. Lives in Tel Aviv. In 1999 he founded Goren Amit Consultants along with Aliza Amir. The company deals with strategic consulting, crisis management, government relations and lobbying for finance companies and leading organizations in Israel. Tomer is considered one of the top strategic consultants in Israel. He has a unique, broad and deep understanding on a variety of fields within the Israeli market. He has been guiding and advising dozens of leading corporations and companies in the Israeli and international markets, and has a proven track record in driving public campaigns which have gained success and shown results in real life. He has a BA of Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and MA in Business Administration from The Center for Academic Studies.
Joined Goren Amir in 2002, after a decade in the public sector, in which she gained extensive experience working with the political and regulatory systems in Israel. She has a deep familiarity, knowledge and understanding of the media and regulatory spheres of influence. Before she joined the company, Ofra served as Chief of Staff and Spokeswoman of the Deputy Minister of Energy, and was also Chief of Staff and Spokeswoman of a Knesset member who, among other things, served as chair of one of the Knesset's standing committees. Graduate of communication studies at the Open University.
Returned to the company's ranks in 2023 after taking a hiatus from 2021 to 2023, during which he served as a senior advisor to the Chairman of the Jewish National Fund.
Previously, Shuki served as an advisor to the Minister of Welfare, and later as an advisor to the Chairman of the Knesset Education, Culture, and Sports Committee, Chairman of the State Comptroller Committee, Chairman of the Science and Technology Committee, and the Committee for the Rights of the Child.

In his last role, acted as chief of staff for the Minister of Tourism. Over the years, he worked in various roles, including opposition leader, party spokesperson, and also with the Chairman of the Immigration, Absorption, and Diaspora Committee of the Knesset.
Additionally, served as a spokesperson and communication advisor for public figures and parties.
In the past, worked as a journalist and reporter for leading media organizations, covering security and societal issues in the southern region, as well as health and sports.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations.
Joined Goren Amir in 2009, founded the environmental risks management department, and heads the company’s strategy department. He drives the development of a unique work methodology for clients, and the company's strategic activity, while also formulating special plans, like a five-year plan and growth plans, which take into account the current social, environmental, media and regulatory climate. In addition, Yishai teaches strategy at the Mandel Institute for Leadership. Before he joined the company, he served as director of the JNF's National Planning and Strategy Division and a member of the JNF's board of directors, and before that he served as director of the Southern District of the JNF's Land Development Administration. He holds a BA in Agronomy from the Agriculture Faculty of the Hebrew University. Graduate of the political leadership program at the Lauder School of Government at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and of the associates program for environment and sustainability at Heschel Center of Sustainability.
Joined Goren Amir in 2020, And headed the Research and Information Department for a year.
In 2021 he was promoted to the position of Chief of Staff of the Company.
He is currently responsible for managing the company and coordinating the lobbying work.
Before he joined the company, he interned at the State Attorney's Office, in the Department which supervises prosecutors certified by the Attorney General, in evaluating appeals that reached the Supreme Court.
Qualified as a member of the Bar Association in 2019.
He has a BA in Law from the The College of Management Academic Studies.
